Glasshouse Kitchen: An Upscale Dining Experience in Research Triangle

I took a couple of friends to Glasshouse to celebrate a friend’s career success. The atmosphere was just phenomenal! Destiny, our waitress, was amazing! We had an issue with a dish, but Destiny and the assistant manager addressed it in a way that exceeded our expectations. I was simply blown away by the service! Our experience was phenomenal, and I highly recommend that everyone visit Glasshouse at least once.

Ambience is extremely beautiful. Food was sophisticated and delicious. Service was amazing! Would definitely recommend if you're wanting to dine alone, meet up with friends, have after work dinner, take that special person on a date or grab a drink.

Went for our anniversary. Atmosphere, food, and service were all outstanding. We spent "a paycheck" on the experience, but sometimes, a great meal is worth a paycheck. Fun fact: You think you are in the wrong place when you drive in—that you are entering some corporate campus or industrial lab—but no, that's where it is located which really adds to the unique nature of the place.

5 stars for service, atmosphere, cocktails. We enjoyed our food but portions are a bit small for the price. Server Jasmine was attentive and helpful as it was our first visit. There is a nice and calm ambiance about the dining room and bar. 3.5% “kitchen appreciation” on top of the menu prices? This is annoying.

A great spot for lunch if you’re in the area, with strong service, and great natural light and beautiful ambience! Our server, Tabi, was incredible – very kind, conscientious, and timely. We ordered off the lunch menu, and between the three of us, got the chicken sandwich, the Smashburger, and the shrimp salad. They all looked incredible and tasted good as well. The burger was solid, though I do think the fries were pretty below average. The full menu looks worth trying, and I do plan to come back here and hope that I can give it five stars upon trying out the more fulsome dinner menu!

We started with the Wagyu Tataki, a dish that was buttery, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and perfectly seasoned, leaving a clean, rich flavor that prepared the palate for the next course. The subsequent Truffle Gnocchi was an absolute revelation. The gnocchi themselves were impossibly light and pillowy, coated in a decadent, deeply aromatic truffle sauce that was earthy, balanced, and utterly addictive. Saving the best for last, The Glass House’s commitment to excellence shines through their in-house bakery. The desserts are world-class. The Basque Cheesecake was the perfect blend of creamy richness and caramelized, bittersweet crust—a masterclass in texture and flavor. The Pear Palette was a delicate, artistic creation that was as visually stunning as it was delicious, offering a light, refreshing, and beautifully composed end to the meal. The Glass House is a true gem. For an unforgettable evening of impeccable dining, breathtaking desserts, and truly excellent, personable service, look no further. We will absolutely be returning.

For a business lunch, this place is on the very expensive side. But my customer and I found everything excellent. The oysters were delicious and I asked for sushi grade salmon to be left pink. The server made it happen and the Thai curry dish was incredible. Perfectly designed. This place also is quite gorgeous with tall warehouse type ceilings and glass all around.
